What are you supposed to do in case of an accident or other loss?

1. Call our agency as soon as possible with as much information as possible.  Our phone numbers are 574-267-4704 or 800-522-0727.  You can fax us information and/or estimates at 574-267-7063 then call and confirm that we received your fax.   You can also E-mail us at marv@millerinsurance.com.
2. If there is an extreme emergency and our office is not open, several of our companies have 24 hour claims service phone numbers.  The following is a list of companies, phone numbers and when you can call:
